So many people have asked me about body language as a technique for hypnotic mind control. I have been very hesitant to talk about body language because this is a double-edged sword and be careful how you use it.

The most important thing about body language, is what you communicate. Do not read too much into what the other person is communicating aside from certain physiological things in body language that are non-controllable.

For example, the size of their lower lip. The size of the lower lip will grow and shrink unconsciously and uncontrollably. Pupil dilation, skin tonus are unconscious and uncontrollable. Believe it or not, and this is only really for men because most women wear nail polish although if a woman doesn't wear nail polish it works for her too, the color under the nail beds will change ever so slightly and is unconsciousness, and uncontrollable. So those are the types of things where you absolutely want to look at body language.

Another place to look at body language, and read body language is a shift, if somebody shifts. So as an example, let us say you are pressing somebody for information whatever reason it may be and you are asking questions to try to elicit something like their values or criteria. As you are pushing this person to elicit these values of the criteria you might push them too far and you back them up to the cliff, as I like to say.

What happens is they might start shaking their foot or their hands. They might start crossing their arms or seeming uncomfortable. Well, that is a good thing to read because you now know you have gone too far. Those are the places as far as reading someone else's body language that I would begin to draw the line.

Because what may happen is you may misread body language because you will read something that was not meant the way you interpret it. It is almost, like, sometimes people say things that they don't mean and you can tell by their tone of voice what they really mean, so if I said, "You're such a jerk." And I said it while laughing, you will probably realize I don't really think you're a jerk because , I'm laughing, I'm not mad at you.

If I said, "You're such a jerk!" in an angry tone then, you know I mean you're a jerk. Or if I'm being sarcastic or whatever it is, you can tell from the tone what I really mean.

Sometimes you can misread the words if you don't catch the tone and vice-a-versa. The same thing goes with body language. When you really want to use body language the most is what you are putting out. I am sure you have had the experience where you were talking to somebody or with somebody and there was just something that wasn't right, whether there was something that upset you, whether there was something about them that you thought was, "Oh, my God, I've got to get to know this person better, they're amazing". Whatever it is, more often than not it was something that you unconsciously picked up through body language.

The point is what you are putting out there will be picked up by other people unconsciously. So for example, when you cross your arms it is a display of being closed off and unconsciously somebody might pick that up as such even if that is not what you meant. I mean what If you were just cold?

There are many other techniques to learn about hypnotic mind control besides body language.
