Where to Meet Good Men

In my opinion, the best way to find great men is to stop looking for them and start living for you! What are you interested in? What activities have you always wanted to do but haven't tried yet? Go do something- but not to meet men, because you enjoy doing that! If you don't care for basketball but go to the local games hoping to meet men- guess what? You will meet men that love basketball and then you will have to deal with it when he spends lots of time on it! There is nothing wrong with trying something out of your comfort zone. I went to a rodeo last year and had a blast! But if you do those things, do it for the experience, not to meet men.
When you do what you enjoy you will naturally meet like-minded people. If you truly enjoy quietly curling up with a good book- do that, just do it at the library or coffee shop. Maybe even try the one across town that you don't go to often. Go do that, and on your way send out some kindness to everyone you meet. Kindness feels good for you too! When you are kind to others it brightens your own day.
Now if you are usually quiet and shy, I am not saying you have to turn into someone like me who will talk to almost anyone about anything. BUT, maybe just make it a point to smile at people more often, say hi, make eye contact. Everyone- not just men that you think have the potential to be "The One". Stop thinking about the "One" and just enjoy meeting new people for their own sake! Women too- it never hurts to have girlfriends to do things with and who knows maybe her brother is a great guy! Local Events and Adventures clubs or other singles groups are a great place to start. These groups organize outings, dinners and even singles vacations. Do an internet search for one in your town and see what they are about. Be happy in yourself and your life. Love will show up when you are ready in the craziest of places!
