You can talk about your education, but try not to talk too much about your personal life. The second part should talk about what you know about the company. There are many things that you should know about the company. For instance if they are about to perform a merger you should mention that and perhaps talk about your experience in that area. If they are launching a new product then you need to make sure you mention that as well. Finally you need to talk about what you plan to do for the company. What skills can you bring them? Your education should include your high school and any college experience that you might have had. Make sure you list whether you got a degree or diploma from each establishment and then move on to your work experience.
Something to note if you are an older worker is that you need to make sure you list your newest experience first. You really do not want to list every single place you've worked at for the past twenty years unless it is a short list. If it is a short list you may actually have some experience gaps which isn't going to work in any case.
