The audio file is simply an audio file and it can't force you to stop thinking about things, merely ask you to. Some forms of hypnosis also involve facing fears or traumas that bring about anxiety and agitation. Make sure you are prepared to face these issues before setting out to do so. Like anything else being prepared and determined to solve a problem helps before actually taking it on.

While hypnosis stress relief methods are currently scoffed at by most doctors because they work with the mind they are nonetheless real and effective. All that you have to do is be patient, relaxed, determined, and willing to give it a try. At worst, you will not find it working for you and it will cost you some time. The best thing that can happen is that you get rid of your anxiety for good. Either way you have very little to lose and everything to gain.
