It's been said that some things get better with age like red wine and cheese. Now the same may be said about the financial services professionals being hired around the world.

The popular addage, Youth is wasted on the young is especialy true when it comes to the workforce. It is a shame to see all of the most talented and experienced people who work at every company be let go every year for "retirement."

It's been said that some things get better with age like red wine and cheese. Now the same may be said about the financial services professionals being hired around the world. Many companies are dominating the financial service industries in Colorado by hiring seniors on a part-time or full-time basis. Seniors are being trained in this industry from all professional backgrounds. They are coming out of retirement in order to share their experience with others, and provide sound practical retirement planning strategies.

These senior financial professionals are educating themselves, and empowering others to do the same. They are learning how to take control of their own financial lives by becoming better educated about tax planning, retirement savings, retirement income planning, and efficient transfer of wealth. Each new independent representative is assigned a mentor who helps them become successful in the financial services industry.

Many large and small companies have found a unique approach to servicing the needs of this growing market. "We understand the challenges facing seniors because our representatives are seniors," says Kevin Coffey, President of Complete Spectrum Financial Service, Inc., "Our Company has the resources to handle a wide array of financial service needs that the senior market is looking for." Many financial service companies in Colorado and around the world have many offices along their teritorries where their many mortgage specialist, tax advisors, attorneys and financial planning experts are available to service the needs of the senior market.

The financial representatives of seinor citizens come from all walks of life. Some are retired teachers, engineers, and pastors to name a few. These representatives were successful in their previous careers and don't need to work. However they enjoy keeping busy. This sets seinor representatives apart from other financial professionals. They aren't distracted with concerns over making the next car payment, paying the mortgage, or putting food on the table. They are already financially secure. This allows them to put the client first and think about their compensation last when making financial product or service recommendation.

Recruiting retired people and training them to help other retirees with their financial service needs makes good sense. After all, retirees know all about hard work, dedication, ethics, honesty and integrity. They have real life experiences and in my opinion are the most talented people in the world.
