Get the permanent solution while searching for the cure. And find out why you feel a lack of confidence so you don't have to feel bad about concealing your skin condition.

Want to find out how to feel confident with acne, rosacea, scars, dark circles, vitiligo? Or maybe you just want to cover a tattoo for that all important interview? Medical makeup makes this possible. For many, it's the last resort, but based on its effectiveness, I feel many are beginning to treat it as the only choice. Or in the very least, a product that every women with a skin condition should have along with the other stuff. As a matter of fact, medical makeup can be used by all, including you men out there.

So why have some embraced medical makeup as their solution?
For one, for people that have birthmarks on their face, it's always been the only option. These people have known for some time that medical makeup gives them the confidence they need. Despite not curing the condition, because many skin conditions just don't have one, these people are realizing they feel confidence like they never had before.

But why do people feel this sudden confidence with medical makeup? This is because the biggest predictor of confidence is how we feel about ourselves. If we look in the mirror and aren't happy with what we see, we become stressed and dissatisfied. So if high-coverage makeup can conceal a skin condition, we actually feel good at what we see in the mirror. But the second factor of why we lack confidence has to do with being "out there" with our condition . If our skin condition is apparent, whenever we go out in public, we are out there for the whole world to see. It's a predicament that no person would be able to deal with.

Consider it for just a second. The reason the average person doesn't struggle with confidence is that they can control who judges them. They get friends that don't judge them or they have no friends. Simple. But what if you felt judged and were judged even when you didn't invite someone into your life and build a relationship with them? What if just walking outside drew attention? This last point is the reason people with skin conditions should feel concealing is a sound and normal decision.

I hope today is the day you realize that you are not any different because of your condition, your just in a tough situation that leaves you vulnerable. And the way that you can have confidence is through this knowledge. And accepting that medical makeup is not just some last resort, it may as well be the only one.
