Hype Hyperbole or Happiness and Health 4H of MLM Business Magic

Do you know what IQ stands for in the MLM world? It might be the hype or hyperbole that helps tell you if your prospect is the right one or IQ could stand for ignite quickly! If your leads catch fire quickly they have a great chance of being the right one or like in the Matrix the one! The one to save your business dreams and hopes the one everyone is looking for.
But here is a killer secret: To attract the right one you must become the right one! This all seems a bit Zen when you must become the one who you want to attract into your business. Now hold on here. Is this really possible? Can you through personal development and empowerment attract people like yourself? Yes! You sure can!
So where do you begin? Start by spending at least one hour a day doing something positive for your personal welfare like a brisk walk, eating healthier, drinking good water, getting enough rest and developing a doable schedule that up builds and renews your energy. Remember the inner person is a reflection of the outer person so do not neglect your inner peace, love, joy and wellbeing.
Know this: If you are not talking to the right people you might as well be herding cats. Multilevel marketing is a people business and that means it is a business of communication, relationships, feelings and of verbiage and emotion as well. You must connect with those your meet on a lasting friendship level.
Here is another epiphany secret: Many of you that are in the MLM home based businesses are simply being taught to saying the wrong things to the wrong people with a wrong message. You must realize what people are interested in!
You must talk to people with the you focus and that does not mean you it means them! It is called the T.I.N.Y focus because it means their interests not yours!
Whether your focus is online or offline it is vital that you find out what interests your potential partners and do it professionally. It is critical to know that nothing turns someone off worse than a self focused and self absorbed distributor who is only focused on recruiting a person for their reasons and not the reasons of the prospect!
So focus on helping and understanding the needs and wants of others. The quickest way to get what you want is to help others get what they want.
Be a continuous student of life and others! Share your smile freely and you ear even more freely!
Listen! Listen! Listen!
People need to know how much you care about them. They want to reveal their feelings. So use words that focus on them; like you, if fact you should say the word you at least 4 times more than the word I or me!
Try this great exercise: Try recruiting someone without using the word I or me. You may not even want to use we or us, so you could see if your prospect has increased interest with the use of their personal name.
Some final notes to remember; Talking too much is just as bad as poor focus. Do not dump on people! Create a calm, peaceful and relaxed environment that allows your prospect to do most of the talking and one that encourages them to ask a lot of questions.
Listen most of the time and ask view point questions that will draw out feelings and interests. Most people love to have an audience and are eager to share their thoughts and feelings yet they hate to be an audience.
